Very disappointing experience with this online store.

I completed my purchase on 16 February, but after 8 days there was still no shipment and no update provided. When I finally made a voice call to check on the status (after receiving no response via their official WhatsApp and email channels), I was then informed that the item I ordered was actually not available. This was never proactively communicated to me — I only found out because I called.

I had to change to another item after payment was already completed, which reflects very poor inventory management and communication.

Even after confirming a change of delivery address, they failed to update it correctly and sent the package to the wrong address. I had to arrange for the parcel to be resent, causing additional inconvenience and delay.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and careless handling of basic order management. I hope the store seriously improves its customer service and operational standards.
