Q1. Can I pay via online banking?

Yes you can pay through online banking via BillPlz (Malaysian bank accounts only). Click on the payment option and you will be redirected to a secure page. Just follow their instructions to continue with your payment. No payment proof needed.

Q2. How do I use my discount code?

A discount code? Lucky you! When you're ready to checkout, just hit the 'Checkout' button and you may enter your discount code in the space provided and hit 'Apply'. Your bill will then tally accordingly.

Q3. My payment was successful, but I did not get any order information. Help!

Once payment is successful, an automated email confirmation will be sent to you. Kindly check your spam and junk folder as well. If there is no email received, kindly contact us at  info@ellizaarifin.com

Q4. How do I make payment for International Order?

For International Order kindly contact us on our Whatsapp number at 011-6225 6064 or DM us our instagram/facebook page. For International Order, delivery will takes around 3-7 days to reach your front door after payment has been made :)
