FAQ FOR SHIPPING
Purchases made before 12noon of each day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. We will email a tracking code to you once your item(s) has been sent out. You can use this tracking code to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
We’d like to note that shipping duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons and/or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.
Q1. What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We charge :
RM8 SM & RM10 SS
2-5 Business Days
Poslaju or J&T Express
3-7 Business Days
SG Express or Aramex or Pos Malaysia (EMS)
For *PRE-ORDER/CUSTOM products: Items will be shipped from the mentioned date in the description section of the product page.
Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
Q2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
We post all orders made from Monday to Saturday.
Our local courier service is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding every first week Saturday, Sunday and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Saturday after 1pm, will only be shipped on Monday.
If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to track your order.
Q3. My order is missing, what should I do?
If your order is missing, email us again at email@example.com with your order id (#XXXXXX) using subject header "Missing, Defect & Wrong". We will advise and help you accordingly.
To check the return and refund statues, you may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to track your order.
FAQ FOR SELF-PICKUP
Self-pickup can be done at our HQ Warehouse in Shah Alam, Seksyen 16 by appointment only. Kindly place an order first before coming for self-pickup and inform us by whatsapp us at 011-6225 6064
